21-25 Temmuz 2025 tarihleri arasında İspanya’nın Madrid kentinde, European Space Astronomy Center (ESAC) ev sahipliğinde düzenlenen ESA-GTTP 2025 “The Sun and Eclipses” temalı uluslararası eğitim programına katıldım. Eğitim, ESAC’ta yerleşik eğitim ekibi CESAR (Cooperation through Education in Science and Astronomy Research) ve NUCLIO (Galileo Teacher Training Program koordinatörü) tarafından organize edildi. Program, Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC), The Schools’ Observatory ve European School Innovation Academy (ESIA) iş birliğiyle gerçekleştirildi. Program boyunca, ESA’nın uzay görevlerinden elde edilen bilimsel verilerle öğrenci projeleri geliştirmeye yönelik seminerler ve uygulamalı atölyeler gerçekleştirildi. Astronomi, astrofizik ve uzay keşfi temalarında disiplinler arası, sorgulamaya dayalı ve uygulamalı öğrenme yaklaşımları üzerinde çalışmalar yapıldı. Dünyanın farklı ülkelerinden gelen öğretmenlerle iş birliği yaparak deneyim ve bakış açılarımızı paylaşma fırsatı elde ettim. Bu değerli programın gerçekleşmesinde emeği geçen tüm kurumlara ve eğitmenlere teşekkür ederim.
Between July 21–25, 2025, I participated in the international training program ESA-GTTP 2025 “The Sun and Eclipses”, hosted by the European Space Astronomy Center (ESAC) in Madrid, Spain. The training was organized by CESAR (Cooperation through Education in Science and Astronomy Research), the resident educational team at ESAC, and NUCLIO (coordinator of the Galileo Teacher Training Program). It was carried out in collaboration with the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC), The Schools’ Observatory, and the European School Innovation Academy (ESIA). Throughout the program, seminars and hands-on workshops were held on developing student projects using scientific data obtained from ESA’s space missions. The training emphasized interdisciplinary, inquiry-based, and practical learning approaches in the fields of astronomy, astrophysics, and space exploration. I had the opportunity to collaborate with teachers from different countries around the world, sharing our experiences and perspectives. I would like to express my gratitude to all the institutions and educators who contributed to the realization of this valuable program.
